MINOR CAMPAIGNS LIBRARY

Minor quests earn you specific badges which you can display on your profile page. Completing 2 or more minor campaigns generally means you are ready to level up your fitness to a major campaign.

HOW TO USE THESE

Choose the fitness campaign that most closely aligns with your goals, or the character type that you wish to be most like.

Each minor fitness campaign is scheduled for 4 weeks (sometimes 6). 

During this time you may do some workouts more than once (with more reps, time or weight on the exercises as you progress!) and you may have some challenge workouts as well.

Challenge workouts are part of the Quest! You don’t know what you are made of unless you test your metal against some difficult stuff.

Minor Fitness Campaigns are meant to be brief, entertaining, fun and effective. Gather a few of these under your belt if you don’t yet feel ready for Major or Massive campaigns.
