HOW TO USE THESE QUESTS
All workouts here are free. They are each based off of your favorite video game and show characters. They are structured as 2 weeks of workouts that build off of each other. Their will be 2 to 3 workouts that you rotate. Depending on the character you will get 1 or 2 strength days or 1 strength day and 1 cardio day. Week 1 might look like Monday & Friday as strength days and Wednesday as your cardio day. Week 2 will switch: Monday and Friday will be cardio days and Wednesday will be a strength day.

…For strength focused workouts we will include a basic cardio prescription.
